Yesterday, a gunman opened fire at the brand‑new In‑N‑Out in Twin Falls, open less than two weeks. Multiple witnesses who spoke with Gun News Now identified the armed citizen seen in a viral video returning fire at the suspect.
Video shows the good Samaritan, now identified as Jordan Salinas, drawing his handgun, which appears to be equipped with a suppressor, and engaging the shooter while rounds are already coming his way. Salinas stumbles at one point and jumps into some bushes nearby, where he gets up again and continues toward the shooter.
Twin Falls Police confirm three people were killed and seven others injured. No motive has been released.
One video shows the suspect firing into a Tesla. During GNN’s livestream on YouTube, a viewer contacted us saying their brother, Terry Dudley, was shot in the blue Tesla and that he was in surgery but stable. A family member connected to the gray Tesla told GNN that the driver was killed and the passenger survived but is receiving medical care. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the victims from yesterday’s tragedy.
Police have not released the suspect’s name as of this report.
In 2024, Salinas posted a picture of himself training with what appears to be a similar firearm. His caption read, in part:
